Terms & Conditions of the Trial

  • All of your details must be completed on this application form and our Terms and Conditions must be agreed and signed prior to any trial being dispatched.
  • All product trials sent will be brand new and are sent on a 7 day sale or return basis. *Maximum of two products available per trial.
  • Go2 Telecom Accounts Department will telephone you to take full credit card payment for the trial product/s prior to the trial being dispatched.
  • A full VAT Invoice will be sent with the credit card receipt to your invoice address.
  • If you choose to return the goods after the trial we insist that they are returned in pristine condition with all packaging intact via recorded delivery or carrier so the items can be tracked if they go astray. We will not take responsibility for item/s sent via standard post.
  • Once the goods have been received back to Go2 Telecom we will refund your credit card for the products in full, provided that they are in pristine condition. (Excluding our standard carriage charge).
