Returns Policy

  1. The customer is required to inspect the goods on receipt and notify Go 2 Telecom Ltd of any defects or complaints within 7 days.
  2. In the event of receiving faulty equipment, please send the goods back to the address below stating your name, telephone number, fault details and proof of purchase to:

  3. Please return in the original packaging or suitable protective packaging to prevent further damage.
  4. All goods returned must be in "as new" condition, boxed in original packaging complete with instruction manual etc.
